Deluxe Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 (7) oz jar of marshmellow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 6 oz pkg chocolate chips


Instructions:

combine the sugar and milk over low heat to 236 degrees - soft ball stage remove from heat and add the peanut butter and marshmellow cream and vanilla. Beat to blend and pour into a lightly buttered 8 inch square pan cover the top with the chocolate chips and cover for 5 minutes spread the chocolate chips out to for a fudge layer
