Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder


Instructions:

mix together and spread evenly on a cookie sheet with wax paper lining bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes spread a thin sheet of jelly in top and roll sprinkle the outside of the jelly roll with powder sugar
