Peach Sauce or Pear Sauce

1 qt very hot water
1 heaping cup sugar



peaches or pears
bing cherries


Instructions:

wash jars and rings put rings and lids in very hot water and let stand put some of the syrup solution (water and sugar) in your jars peal your fruit by dipping them in boiling water for 10 seconds or so the fruit peel should come right off cut immediately into the jars with syrup in to keep fruit from turning brown Put as many pieces of fruit in the jars as you like then fill with more syrup to the fill line add lid and jar ring put the jars in a canner and fill with water bring water to a boil then start timing peaches 30 minutes pears 20 minutes cherries 20 minutes
