30 cups flour
10 cups warm water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
2 pkg yeast


Instructions:

cut the flour and shortening together add the rest of ingredients and nead well place in a large pan slightly butter the top and cover with a dish towel over wax paper and sit in the sun or a warm place and let rise after the dough rises punch down and form into buns or bread in appropriate containers let rise again then bake to a nice golden brown and swipe again with butter
