Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup white Karo syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla


Instructions:

cook all ingredients expect the vanilla in a large kettle to hard ball stage on your candy thermometer Stir frequently to keep mixture from over flowing will boil way up for a while then boil lower as it gets closer to being done do not under boil when you reach hard ball stage or a little over remove from heat and add the vanilla and beat pour the mixture in a well greased pie tin and let cool cut into pieces if to hard to cut break into peices have put it in a baggie and hit it with a hammer
